(un)adopted

Pakistan Orphanage

Please join (un)adopted in partnering with Developing Hope to help support a girls orphanage opening in January of 2012 in Pakistan.  We would love for you to prayerfully considering supporting a girl through a partial sponsorship of $35 per month or full sponsorship of $140 per month.  As we minister to the physical needs of these young girls our desire is for them to know the love of Christ.  We are humbled by the way the Lord continues to provide for these 22 girls who have the opportunity to move into the home.  Please join us in caring for these precious children.

Monthly Child Sponsorship

-A $35 monthly donation allows you to cover the costs in one of 4 areas of a child’s life.

  • Home
  • Medical
  • Education
  • Nutrition

-A $140 monthly donation allows you to fully sponsor a child in all 4 areas.

Some of the precious girls that need sponsors

Child ID: PK05

Kinat is 12 years old. She has one younger brother who is 7 years old.  He is currently studying and living at the boys’ home.  Kinat’s mother works as a maid in a factory and is greatly discriminated against because she is a Christian. She is able to provide her children with just enough to get by, but cannot afford education.  Kinat is a very beautiful girl and she is very happy to go live in the girls’ home and continue her education.

Name: Warda Younis

Age: 11 years old

Country: Pakistan

Child ID: PK 14

Warda is 11 years old. She is currently studying in her village at the 5th grade level. Her father works as a vendor, going through villages street by street selling toffees, candies and biscuits. His job is not very profitable, but he is managing to support his family. It is her parents’ greatest desire that Warda continue her education. She is currently in the 5th grade and this will be her last year, as they cannot afford any more. Warda’s diligence and devotion to her studies is impressive, and she has a dream of becoming an airline stewardess someday. The opening of a girls’ home is wonderful news for Warda and her parents, and she is very excited for this opportunity.

Name: Sana

Age: Around 7 or 8

Country: Pakistan

Child ID: PK16

Sana’s age is not known for certain, though we believe she is around 7 or 8. Sana has a little sister named Nelum, who is about 3 or 4. Sana’s mother died when Nelum was born, and her father works extremely long hours every day as a helper to building constructors. He has no time to care for the girls, so Sana has been Nelum’s sole caretaker. These girls need a loving place to stay, and will be placed into the girls’ home where they can be cared for.

Name: Annam Shanza

Age: 14 years old

Country: Pakistan

Child ID: PK15

Annam is 14 years old. She has two older sisters who are both already married. Annam has only been educated to a 5th grade level, as she had to stop her schooling due to expenses. Annam lost her father to a heart attack, and her mother is sick with high blood pressure. Annam helps her mother in her job of gathering flowers, and has a great desire to study more.
